When making an investment, it’s important to take your time and be sure. At Sanctuary, we want you to feel like we are the right fit for you. We encourage you to connect with us for a free 15-minute initial consultation. We will answer any questions you have or alleviate any lingering concerns. Feel confident about your decision before you book your first session
Fees for services are based on recommended rates outlined by the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA).
A few appointments are reserved for clients who cannot afford full fees. Please inquire if there is an opening.
Payment is due at the start of your session. Fees are processed to the credit card you authorize. If paying by credit isn’t for you, you can use cash, Visa Debit or Interac e-transfer wendy@sanctuarypw.ca. Receipts will be emailed to the email address provided. Please retain receipts to submit during the filing of your taxes.
Please contact your benefits provider to ensure coverage before booking your first appointment. Payment for any balance owing may be made by one of the payment methods listed above. Retain receipts to submit during the filing of your taxes or to submit to an insurance provider that does not process direct billing.

Time is precious. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance so that the appointment can be offered to another client.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full rate for the session. We realize that emergencies happen. These situations will be discussed and sorted on an individual basis.
